Because I can't control whether you actually follow what I've outlined, and I can't do the work for you or watch you do it to make sure you're following instructions, this course may not work for you. If you have an intense mental illness this may not work for you. If you don't do all the exercises, this may not work for you. If you're doing this for someone else, this may not work for you. If you're on heavy SSRI medication this may not work for you. Barring those caveats, these protocols and tools I provide you in this course really work! They are sufficient to help anyone who meets this criteria improve or entirely eliminate their porn problem rapidly.

Yes! Hypnosis is the state we learn in. It is characterized by a brainwave state that falls outside of the analytical part of our mind so we can get into a flow state or zone state. Everyone can be hypnotized! Hypnosis is any state that is outside of a normal beta brainwave state. A range of phenomena occur outside of a "normal" waking state of consciousness. Most people are already in a state of waking hypnosis 95% of your waking day. The real question is, can everyone be hypnotized for clinical work? Answer: everyone who wants to be. Hypnosis is not mind control. Anyone who wants to go internal and allow someone to guide them through their thoughts will enter that state. After 2,500 sessions, I've never had anyone who could not do it.
