#1 International Bestseller in 5 Categories
You have prayed about this. You have confessed it. You have meant it every single time.
And it still came back. Which is why you have started to wonder whether the problem is you.
It isn’t. There is a piece missing, and it is not the one you have been told to try harder at.
The published book that reached #1 international bestseller in 5 categories, including Christian Self-Help and Addiction Recovery. Written for believing men by a clinical hypnotherapist with more than 3,000 one-to-one sessions behind him. We have turned it into an e-book, so instead of waiting for a package in the mail it is in your inbox in about a minute.
Nothing arrives in the mail, nothing has the title on the outside. One evening to read. Money back if it does nothing for you.
Your problem isn’t pornography
It is a subconscious program running under the surface, and nobody has shown you how to find it.
Which is why prayer, fasting, confession and sheer determination have each held for a while and then given way. Not because any of them were wrong. Because the thing driving it was never where you were looking.
You have been given two gifts. Most men fight this with one.
That line is on the back of this book, and it is the whole argument in a sentence. Jesus Christ, and your own mind. Both were given to you. Both were meant to be used.
You have been leaning hard on the first one. Prayer, repentance, the sacrament, honest confession, every ounce of resolve you have. And you were right to. None of that was wasted and none of it was the wrong instinct.
But the habit itself is not stored in the part of you that decides things.
It sits deeper, in the subconscious mind, the part that runs automatically. The same part that drives you home without you thinking about the route, that flinches before you have decided to flinch, that knows how to ride a bike twenty years after you last tried. That part does not take instructions from resolve, and it does not respond to being told off.
So you have been fighting a subconscious problem with spiritual tools held at arm’s length, and a spiritual problem with willpower. Both were half right.
Which is oddly good news, because it means you are not weak and you are not faithless. You were simply never shown how to reach the part that is actually running.
What you have already tried, fairly
None of these are stupid and most of them are good. Here is what each one actually does, and where it stops.
Prayer, fasting and repentance
Necessary, not up for debate, and a great deal more powerful than most men give them credit for. The word we translate as repentance is metanoia, which means a change of mind. That is not a figure of speech. Prayer, fasting and true repentance are how you invite the Spirit, and the Spirit is what brings the knowledge, the strength and the comfort that actually change a man.
So the problem was never that you reached for the wrong thing.
It is that almost all of us do these things at the surface. A prayer said while half asleep. A fast endured rather than entered into. A repentance that stops at feeling terrible about yourself. Done that way they do not deliver what they were built to deliver, and a man is left concluding he cannot have meant it enough.
He meant it. He was never taught how to go deep enough with it to reach the thing that is actually running.
Confessing to your bishop
It lifts the weight, it restores something real, and you should do it. What it cannot do is tell you why you go back. It settles what has already happened. It does not hand you the understanding of what is driving it.
Which is why so many men walk out lighter and are back within the month. Not because they were insincere. Because you cannot make a truly decisive choice about something you do not yet understand, and without that understanding the decision is only ever half made.
Blockers and filters
Genuinely useful in the first couple of weeks. They buy you distance while you decide what you want. But they work on access, not on wanting, and there is always another device, another network, a hotel TV. When the want is still there, a filter is a locked door in a building with no walls.
An accountability partner
Shame is a real brake, and for some men it holds for months. The trouble is that it depends on you choosing honesty at precisely the moment you least want to. Most men don’t end up lying to their wife or their bishop. They just get very good at managing the report.
Counseling and talk therapy
Good therapy is genuinely valuable and worth having. But understanding why you do something and stopping doing it are two different jobs. Plenty of men can explain their own pattern in detail, at length, having paid a great deal for the privilege, and still do it that same night.
Counting clean days
Recovery groups and day counting build real momentum, and having other men walking it with you genuinely helps. The cost is that it makes the habit the main character of your life. Ninety days of counting is ninety days of thinking about it daily. And a slip doesn’t reset a number, it resets your idea of yourself.
The half nobody handed you
Clinical hypnotherapy goes at the subconscious directly, and it does the two things the list above cannot. It shows you what is actually driving it, and it lets you make a fully informed decision about it rather than another half made one.
Of the men who come in for hypnotherapy, 95% are done in one to three sessions.
All it asks of you is one thing. That you genuinely want the change, rather than wanting to want it. You do not need more willpower. You do not need to have hit rock bottom. You just have to actually want it.
That missing half is what the book is about
One evening to read. $7.95. Money back if it does nothing for you.
So what is actually in it
Three sections, and it is worth knowing the shape before you buy it, because it is not what most books in this aisle are.
Section one. The Truth.
The truth about you, about pornography, about God’s standard, and about the adversary’s part in it. This section is written from the gospel, not around it, and it is the part that tends to undo the belief that you are simply a weaker man than the ones sitting either side of you on a Sunday.
Section two. How to Pray and Repent.
Not a reminder to pray more. How to do it properly, including confession and what he calls abandonment. If you have repented of this same thing more times than you can count and it has not held, this is the section that will sting first and help second.
Section three. Hypnotherapy.
The model of the mind that explains why you cannot stop, why the alternatives fall short, and the myths about hypnosis that keep believing men away from the one tool built for this exact job.
Alongside all three, real client stories in their own words, and a full transcript of an in-office session with a man who dealt with a lifetime of this in one sitting. You will see yourself in at least one of them.
A reader, in his own words
“As I read this book, I really feel like he is writing specifically for me. He has insight that helps you feel like somebody else understands exactly what you’re going through. He does a fantastic job of sharing real life experiences and how hypnotherapy can help root up and fix the cause of the problem.”

You do not have to be at rock bottom
Most men who read this would never use the word addiction about themselves. They do not need to.
“If you’ve [hit] rock bottom, this book is for you. If you’re dabbling in maybe considering what life would be like a little less dependant on your appetites for enjoyment, this book is for you. If you just like to read, this book is for you. A book for everyone and anyone.”

If you are at rock bottom, this is for you.
If you are nowhere near it, and you are only half wondering what life would look like a little less dependent on it, this is also for you.
If it is once a week and nobody knows and nobody is ever going to, this is for you.
If your wife found out and you are still in the part where neither of you knows what happens now, this is for you.
And if you are reading this for somebody else, because you have watched a man you love go quiet about it, it is for you too.
A reader, in her own words
“If you or a loved one have almost given up hope, read this book and you will find that you aren’t alone and that there is a way out. People CAN change and relationships CAN be healed.”

Looking to overcome a porn problem through traditional methods? Don’t. Read this book instead and see what male and female clients have said about faster, purer, and longer-lasting ways to kick any overactive desires of the flesh, after spending up to $64,000 and 20 years in traditional therapy.
What you will actually learn
Taken directly from the back of the book.
- The truth that keeps you stuck in porn, from a gospel perspective.
- Why you do not need flip phones, site blockers, accountability partners, support groups or endless therapy.
- How ignoring the adversary, the elephant in the room, keeps you from fixing this.
- How to take your prayer life to the next level and let God cleanse your temple.
- How your subconscious mind works against you to create the problem, and how to fix it.
And so much more.
That list is a fraction of what is actually in there.
And you can read the whole thing in one evening. It is a short book, deliberately. You can start it tonight and be finished before you go to sleep.
You could have read it by the end of tonight
